Conservation work has led to a developed awareness and keen interest in the pressures and changing rituals (or lack of them) within current cemetery provision and burial practice.

This has become a long term study with a research period at Bath University, as a Member of The Institute for Cemetery and Crematorium Managers and through collaboration with associated consultants, and providers.

The creation of protected and symbolic memorial landscapes is of personal interest and open discussion is welcomed.
